Why do I have to wait so long in between each of the posts I make?

Because you are new to scratch, you can only post every 1 minute. If you rank up to scratcher, every 30 seconds you can make a post.

You, if you are a new scratcher, have to wait 600 seconds between posts instead of 180 because of recent spam bot activity. If you are a scratcher, then it is 180 seconds, but why they do this is so that spam bots can be found before the spam bots are scratchers.
