The Spy Ps are a made-up group of black P-shaped characters with two eyes (they look like black dots) floating above their head. They work together to protect a place called Spy P city. They are armed with all sorts of weapons, utilities and tools to help them protect the city mostly from the evil Zs, spikys and other enemies.

They mostly use a massive truck called the Spy Ps service truck to get around and equip themselves. The place that they live at is called the Spy P house, where all the Spy Ps live and have fun. There are many conveniences, including arcades, bowling alleys, swimming pools, go kart racing tracks, laser tag areas, refreshment rooms, inflatable fun zones and water parks. With a total of 100 000 rooms in total, there is loads of space. There are also little bases called Spy P Safe Bases, where Spy Ps stay and defend the city.
