You don't make them in Scratch. You have to use software (like Photoshop) or else get them from a website.

When I wanted a gif, I searched Google for gifs and I found a cool one. You right click it, press Save image as… and then save it somewhere. Then you go to your logo, press change and find the picture. Boom! You have a gif logo!

you could draw out all of the frames and put them into some make a gif website, or use a pixel editor like Piskel

To make a custom gif, you have to draw out an animation, and save each of the images. You then go to GIPHY, and you can upload and create your own gif.
