Well, with plot development, we could determine what we need to create in the game, and what we don't, such as characters, levels, etc.

What I want to be discussed is if this is going to be a delusional story, or a more dramatic story, and how the unique mechanics of the game can apply to either of those concepts.

Hopefully I'll get a response concerning plot confusion from @dvarsagews, sometime soon.

Once I get a response, I'll replace the basic plot outline with an updated one.

Right now, it seems to be a plot following the main character surviving a oil rig incident.

I'm liking the overhaul! I see fresh new faces coming in to work and I like that.

Yeah, it's been somewhat active, but I think new recruits will be somewhat slowed due to the fact the Discuss button is removed and the possibility of it returning is pretty low.
