I've seen many collaborations such as Lightspeed, Team AU, and Teamlocked, but do any of them ever work out?
I mean, has a collaboration ever reached its final goal? Like making a big game or change on scratch?

Yes, there have been many successful collaborations. Those do not include a single one i've been in.

I know many collaborations have. For example, my project City Tycoon II was a collaboration between Borrego6165 and me, and it succeed very well. There are also three largely successful collaborations on the Wiki if you'd like to look. :)
