Scratch 3.0
Yes, they are. They just are not working yet so they are not shown in the editor. What happened to the custom blocks? Are they gonna be in Scratch 3.0?

sprite?“ Shouldn't it say ”costume" instead?same thing with chrome.wait…isn't scratch incompatible with ie, and edge? I just noticed that, when using Microsoft Edge, deleting a costume brings up a pop-up that reads "Would you like to delete this
Right now we're not too focused on browser support, but we're still interested to know what's broken for specific browsers. When 3.0 is released, it will support the last two versions of Edge. Our support for IE has not been completely defined yet.
It also happens when you want to delete a sound. A popup appears and it says: Would you like to delete this sprite? It should say: Would you like to delete this sound?sprite?“ Shouldn't it say ”costume" instead?I just noticed that, when using Microsoft Edge, deleting a costume brings up a pop-up that reads "Would you like to delete this
Thanks! We have that filed here: https://github.com/LLK/scratch-gui/issues/385
That's also captured in the issue.

Yep, they'll be in 3.0. There's a lot missing from 3.0 that we just haven't done yet. There's a lot to do!

Also, replace the palette and scripts area with more stagesWith the palette on the left and the blocks area on the right.

Actually, I think i will stay on scratch 2.0. if scratch deletes my account because of the new version, i may never do scratch again.

It won't delete your account.

The offline version of 2.0 will probably still be usable, but all of the website will be 3.0.

Scratch 3.0
There is one thing that I believe desperately needs changed in Scratch 3.0. In Scratch 1.4, sprites were allowed to move completely off the edge of the stage. They could go to an x position of -2000 if they wanted, for instance. When Scratch 2.0 came out this changed; sprites could only go a certain distance off the stage, they could not go entirely off the stage. I'm assuming this change was made so newbies would not lose track of where their sprites were and become confused.
But it made scrolling projects and many such projects way more complicated and with annoying workarounds, and it also messed up many projects made in 1.4 that used scrolling. I believe this should be changed back to where sprites can go off the stage, I'm testing it out with the Scratch Cat right now in 3.0 and it can't go any farther left that an x position of -271.

I'm 99% sure Scratch 1.4 doesn't let sprites go out of bounds, but BYOB 3 changed it.

Same. I don't like the “cute”, scratchJr style blocks. I like the complex shapes, and shadows scratch 2.0 has.

That's weird I swear I remember making projects where it did. I'm 99% sure Scratch 1.4 doesn't let sprites go out of bounds, but BYOB 3 changed it.

Nope. I just tried it. If they did change it, I'm sure they would have included an option in 2.0 so that old projects still work. That's weird I swear I remember making projects where it did. I'm 99% sure Scratch 1.4 doesn't let sprites go out of bounds, but BYOB 3 changed it.

Who cares about the style. This is where userscripts and browser extensions come in!
