Since earlier today when I started using the final release of 2.0, I have run into many major problems including me and my projects (I don't know if anyone else has the same problems as I do). First off, it seems that one of my projects may not exist (the one that happened to be my featured project when the site was updated). When I go to the project page everything I wrote in the side panels was reverted (Everything I rewrote- gone. The entire changelog- gone.) and it acts as if there are no sprites or scripts in the project (especially noticeable when I click "See Inside"). This was my favorite project, even my signature links to it. Also, the projects list on my My Stuff page take forever to load, especially if I choose a different filter (All Projects, Shared Projects, Unshared Projects, etc.). It has become a hassle to view and edit projects I made. Even other pages on the website take a long time to load, and sometimes I get an error 504 “Gateway Time-out”. I'd really appreciate some help with this or even to hear whether these are affecting anyone else.

Edit: I'm looking through my My Stuff page and the project I was talking about isn't even showing up there. sigh…

Edit 2: Just realized another one of my projects is missing I think my first one ever (that I don't have saved on my hard drive anymore)

Edit 3: Just got an Error 500 along with the message “Uh Oh. Our servers are having some trouble.” I'm guessing there's a ton of traffic from people being eager to use Scratch 2.0?

Edit 4: I think I was being a bit rude with something I said earlier… I mean, I really can't compare that disappointment to the brilliance that is Scratch (you'll only understand if you read it before deleted that section)

Edit 5: I think the project deleting itself problem has affected another user; JH1010's project JH OS 2 Alpha is doing the same thing

Hi there! We were having some problems earlier today with site slowness and gateway timeouts as well as 500 errors. Those should be fixed now and the servers seem to be humming along smoothly!

As for that project, that is definitely a problem and we are looking into it why it would blank out like that. Thanks for reporting it.

I believe I'm managed to restore your project.

This was a Scratch 1.4 project. When you first open it and “see inside”, it gets converted to Scratch 2.0 format and saved. It appears that somehow it did not get saved, possibly as a result of one of yesterday's website glitches. When you “See Inside”, be sure to wait unti you see “Saved” in the top-right corner of the editor. If you don't see that, you can select “Save now” in the file menu. Doing that will ensure that your converted project has been safely saved.

Yes, the project was made in 1.4 and uploaded to the old site (before January 26), but I had made considerable improvements to the project during the 2.0 beta under the impression (from something Lightnin said somewhere) that the edits I had made in 2.0 would take precedence over the version stored on the 1.4 website. What you restored was the version from the 1.4 website before I made any changes on the beta site. Anyways, I guess it's better than nothing, so thanks.

Edit: Weird things are happening. I went to edit the project and re-created the cloud variable that was removed when the project was restored, but the value was the same as it was before! I mean, kind of a good thing but strange nevertheless.
