If you use it as part of a creative project you're making, such as a game or animation, that's okay. Using it just to share a song that you did not make is NOT allowed.

No, you wouldn't get any infringement.
Since Scratch is under the CCL (Creative Commons License) any copyright would be dismissed, since Scratch is for educational purposes.
Note: You can't make a project solely for music (unless if it's made by you or you helped work on it). They just started discouraging (or banning, Idk) those.

Actually, the reason Scratch projects with copyrighted music don't get taken down is just because it's not worth the copyright holders effort to go after them. Educational use is a defence but it wouldn't apply to most cases on Scratch because the music doesn't normally add to the educational value of the project. No, you wouldn't get any infringement.

Only if the sole purpose is to share music that you didn't make. If you're using music for an animation or something, that's allowed, but it's highly encouraged to give credit to the maker of the song, if you don't know who made the song then you can just say “Audio isn't mine” or look up the name of the song.

Assuming you would even be able to fit the entire Mario movie into a project, Nintendo probably wouldn't like that. so wait, would i get banned if i made the entire new mario movie in scratch all voice lines, scenes and everything would i get banned than? because if so i need to unshare the mario movie i am making and just make it for myself and family to see.
