I can't delete cloud variables

Hello! I have a really annoying bug on scratch. It is on most cloud variables, but not all of them. Whenever I right-click and delete the variable, it looks like it's deleted, but after a few seconds, it shows up again. I reloaded the page but it still wouldn't go away. I discovered a temporary change: Reload the page so the next time you change something in the editor, it will auto save. Delete the cloud variable and it will go away. But this is only temporary, and when I make a new cloud variable, it returns the old one back. Other scratchers have said that the cloud variable is in the editor, but I have checked multiple times, and I deleted all my scripts to see clearly. Can anyone please help? I really need this for my project, but in the mean time, i'll just avoid the variables. Thank you everyone!

My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 9202.64.0, Chrome 57.0.2987.146, Flash 25.0 (release 0)

By the way, there's a central thread to report cloud data bugs: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/12949/

Ok, so did you delete the script? Example: Let's say I deleted the cloud variable
when green flag clicked
set [☁ noice v] to [0]
Then it would create the variable again. It's not a glitch

As I said in my post,
