Recently, I've seen a trend of people putting Christian crosses on their icons. It's June, currently, which is pride month. I'm wondering if that's a Christian alternative to the pride icon trend.

I wouldn't call 3 out of 10,000,000 exactly a “trend”.

For instance, there is no icon on the forum that has a cross.

There is no icon on the EXPLORE page that has a cross.

Even if you put “Christian” in the search box, less than 5% of the icons have crosses.

No trend.

I've seen a few going around on the forums, and in some comments, but it's not too many. I think they're just allowing you to see their Christian beliefs without having to check their About Me or something… While also not changing their picture to celebrate Pride Month. (You don't need to have rainbows in your profile picture to support LGBTQ+, after all.)

I've never heard of “Pride month”. i also agree with this. ^^^ (I too am a Christian)

Rainbow-themed logos, particularly those changed to so this month, are most likely for LGBTQA+ Awareness/Pride Month for June, but I haven't seen any Christian Month trend on Scratch, although they're free to do so.

A majority (if not all) of cross-related logos I've seen are people who are proud to be Christian, and keep their logos like so accordingly.

I have no religion, but I in fact do celebrate pride month. I just haven't changed my icon to the pan flag or anything (useless fact but I'm pan)
And I haven't seen the crosses before.

That doesn't seem fair. Why should LGBT+ get priority?

LGBT+ pride month came first, then the Christian Scratchers decided to make June a Christian month to rival LGBT+ month.

People are allowed to put crosses or whatever religious symbol on their avatars any time of the year (even pride month). It's not a “conflict”
