As co-owner of the USS, I'd like to make sure that all of the shops and members of it are doing alright. I'll help your shop by giving it a bump, and an individual message:

I've seen a bit of a struggle in this shop recently, and I'm thinking I can possibly help by becoming a member or advertising it more. If I become a member, I probably wouldn't be one for long, but help with a few orders and directing this shop to activity.

I know I own a shop, but it's a bit inactive - pretty badly, but I hope I could help other shops, so please respond with your insights!

Also there is a banner/seal contest at the USS, and we ask for anyone here to participate in it. Here's some helpful details!

PART I - OFFICIAL BANNER
- Motivative and catches attention within reason.
- Seems professional, but some fun elements are permitted.
- Crisp graphics.
- Uses our unofficial motto (preferably in one of these forms - Latin or English): “Lunctus tabernas et cooperantem” or “United and cooperative shops.”
- Involves the colors of orange and black, possibly blue or grey if needed.
- Has either “USS” or “United Shops of Scratch” included.
- Could be shortened into a seal within reason.
- Typical banner size.

PART 2 - OFFICIAL SEAL

The Inter-Shop Old Order Completion (ISOOC) program is a program that allows any other shop members, under the USS, to complete orders that are un-taken and incomplete, as well as 28 days old, from your shop.

You may accept this and have old orders taken care of, or withdraw at no cost. This shop is not in it yet.

This shop is now placed as an inactive shop in the USS since it has been inactive, and my notifications don't appear to change it. As far as news goes:

So, I'll enroll this shop in ISOOC to have others take care of old orders, but I can help redesign the shop.

Here's my advice:

• Firstly, we should have a new name. While it's a cool name, I think it would be more appealing if your username is not in it (you have a nice username but it feels weird when shops say “USER's Shop”, I know I have a shop named Austinato's Art Market, but that's just the beginning name. Anyways, perhaps come up with interesting words to describe your shop, or what you like. In example, Art Shop of Destruction or something!
  
• Secondly, reflecting off of the name change, perhaps have a different looking banner that reflects the new name well. While the banner also looks great, not only a name change would affect it, but a change in appearance would. We can discuss a new banner right now, but I suggest a final design should come after a possible name change.
  
• The original post's BBCode can be improved a bit. I can give you an example and you can continue to base official posts off of it. The styling gets attention from anyone, but I feel it doesn't feel too formal (it's fine if it's casual, but formal makes it look more classic and arranged.) Do you want me to give you a re-done OP?
  
• We need a larger advertising campaign. I'm not too good at advertising on Scratch, however I suggest improving this shop's appearance on the topics list in the Requests forums, and in the USS, which can be done with a name/banner change. This isn't required, but to pull more users, it can be.
  
• Revised order forms. The forms give accurate information, but each individual question/demand feels a bit too detailed. I can add this in the re-done OP.
  
• While this shop starts up, I suggest a simplified staff hierarchy, an owner (optionally a co-owner) and the staff, simply arranged in departments. You can have heads of those departments, however I feel that is a bit complicated for now. Once this shop grows, you can add more positions. You should also have a person to succeed your ownership, or someone to lead your shop when you're gone (such as inactivity or if you lose interest in this shop.)
  

That is my advice, and don't take it personally. It's just my insight on improving the shop's structure and appearance so that it gains consumers.
