Require e-mail confirmation before terminating an account

You don't need e-mail confirmation, but there is a 48 hour grace period. This may not always be enough if you were say, on vacation, or something similar.

I think that's a really good idea. The only thing is, Scratch doesn't really delete the account until two days after you decide to delete it.. and they could change the email address to theirs..
But other than that, I support!
