Scratch will adjust it automatically. If you want to know the exact dimensions of any image on the internet, then right click on it and choose “properties” from the pop up.

Also, unlike project and profile thumbnails they're not always the same shape. 200x130 is on the studio page, but on profile pages they're 170x100 and on My Stuff they're 100x80 - all of those are different aspect ratios. That means if you have circles or squares on one page they will appear as ovals and rectangles on the other page.
