So, everyone would agree that a showdown of the Marvel Multiverse vs. the DC Multiverse really comes down to Presence vs. TOAA, right?

Well, according to my half-baked research, the Presence in one of the universes that combined with the main DC universe in one of their cosmic reboots was “shaped by external forces,” which means either a) there are different versions of Presence in different universes, or b) the Presence has limits, both of which would point to Presence not being a true omnipotent, whereas similar half-baked research suggests that TOAA is basically the Marvel writers, which would point to TOAA being a true omnipotent.

So, unless my research turned up a falsehood, or there is evidence of TOAA not being a true omnipotent, or else DC has a true omnipotent not named the Presence, Marvel wins.

Actually, the Presence is DC's version of the judeo-christian god which means he has near omnipotence (IE only a few things that he can't do and those are insignificant)

No. God can't lie, change, or allow sinners that don't ask for forgiveness into heaven.
Those are the three things the Christian God can't do, and the third one is why Jesus came.

I don't think this has the potential to become a flame war, so much as it has the potential to become a theological discussion, while others are trying to talk about Marvel vs. DC.

The monitors ARE the writers.

Personnaly I think DC will win in a Justice League against the Avengers fight.
But it is impossible to say DC will beat Marvel or Marvel beat DC because they have both hundreds, maybe thousands of characters.

So from what I hear over from our more educated folks at Reddit, this is literally an impossible fight because there are prophecies that state that ___ can't die until ___ happens which won't happen during a fight etc. And these are on either side. Not to mention the One-Above-All vs Presence fight which cannot ever be determined.

Which is why we transitioned from Marvel vs. DC to This Marvel Hero vs. That DC Hero.

Unless I'm mistaken, Aquaman is far stronger than Spider-Man, and is probably strong enough to break free from webbing.
