Introduction to Scratch

If you’re new to Scratch, and you don’t know how it works, you’ve come to the right place.
In the Scratch project editor, you will see a question mark on a little banner on your right side. Click on it. This will open up tutorials, instructions and block information.
To get noticed by other Scratchers, begin sharing projects. You need to confirm your email address to do so. If this doesn’t work, try following other people — the followers of this person will see your username and click on it.
Explore projects. You might find something you want to remix. You can remix by pressing “See Inside” and “Remix”.
Don’t be afraid to say hi!
The little envelope icon has a number appear above it when you get new messages. The number varies, depending on how much you get.
The little folder with “S” on its side takes you to your stuff.
Press your username, seen on the right above side, to take you to options on whether to view your profile, take you to your stuff, view account settings and sign out.
To change your icon, go to your profile and hover over it. It will say “change” in one of its corners. Press and find an image you’d like to represent yourself!

Introduction to Scratch

We appreciate that you want to help, but the New Scratchers forum is intended for new users to introduce themselves. Right now we have more than enough guides on getting started with Scratch like this one, and I don't think there's a need for more. You could try making a project about it instead though.
