Super Mario Year of Yoshi?

Year of Luigi is now going on for 2 years. Well, if Luigi got his years, what about Yoshi? Yoshi's a popular character, so why can't he have his own year(s)? If you agree, post why. If you don't agree, don't post here.

I agree 100%. In fact, if Yoshi won't appear in the next Super Smash Bros., I'm NOT gonna buy the game, I like him so much.

I completely agree that there should be a Year of the Yoshi. Yoshi's one of my favorite Mario characters.
