Ways we are fast
How can we be so fast? Here are some reasons:
- We stay on topic. There will not be endless posts of nonsense here. we are here to complete orders, not to chat.
- We don't have elections. Elections are great, but they clutter up the discussion page, and they don't have much to do with fulfilling orders.
- We only bite what we can chew. The reason we don't have some of the other things available to order is because we don't have people to do them yet. No sense in saying we can take an order but then never taking it.
- We enforce it. We enforce all of the above with a score system. Our members gain points by getting orders done (they even get more the faster they do it), and they lose points for getting off topic, or taking too long to complete the order.

Size: Large, although the Building your project idea needs to be larger font than the other. Whole banner should be 800 x 200 pixels.
Background: Possibly a gradient or color/pattern which contrasts well to the other colors which were used for the text.
Description: It should contain a large lightbulb idea logo somewhere on the banner.

Rules
These are the rules for the shop. They are somewhat complex, but it needs to be this way so that this shop works out well.
Section 1: Orders
Orders for art must be taken within 24 hours, otherwise we will tell them that it has taken too long for it to be taken. Art order must be completed after taking before 24 hours, that totals as a maximum of 48 hours for an order to be finished.
Orders for voice acting must be taken within 12 hours, and finished within 12 hours after being taken. Giving a maximum of 24 hours for voice acting orders to be completed.
Section 2: Staff: Roles and Ranks
In this shop anyone is allowed to do anything, as long as they can do it. So we have eliminated roles in this shop because it distracts people from taking orders. That means no elections or anything.
The rank system works by score. You gain score by completing orders, and you lose them by not finishing orders in their time limit, and by not responding to roll calls within 24 hours, and getting off-topic. If you finish the order within 1 hour, you get 3 points, if you get it within 6 hours, 2 points, anything more than that but less than 24 is 1 point.
Quick things to note
Do not procrastinate, when you take an order, start working on it right after you take it. Be diligent.
Multiple people can take orders. The first one who finishes it (not takes it) gets credit.
Notify person that ordered it on their profile when it is done or if you need more information.
Stay on topic! If you want to talk to someone anything that does not relate to this shop, than you can go to their profile and talk. This is not for chat, it is for orders!
