It is pretty easy. It means that Golden Freddy and Foxy DIDN'T cause the bite and the candidates FOR the bite are freddy, bonnie, and chica

Chica's teeth aren't sharp enough, and her mouth (or beak) isn't big enough to literally crush someone in between her teeth, nor is Bonnie's, or Freddy's, and besides, even if their teeth were that sharp, or their mouths that big, we all know they didn't cause any bites in the FNaF timeline. Foxy's teeth, however, is sharp enough to do so, and his mouth is big enough, and If Golden Freddy happens to actually be Fredbear, then Golden Freddy is a close candidate as well, which also means the meaning behind this “unsolvable” code has gotten it all wrong.
