How To Make A Cloud Chat?

Excuse me, but how do you make a cloud chat? I need some help. Thanks.

You need to make an encoder that codes text into numbers to send a message and a decoder to decode numbers into text to receive the message. Also you need a whitelist of words that you are allowed.

I have a whitelist cloud chat engine here though, so you can try that rather than making it yourself.

Just state anything here, so you don't bump that topic.

Oh. OK, what about storing the words in numbers then decoding them back into words
using cloud? Is that allowed?
