The editor can be accessed however it's still in development, so you can't really save projects there or use it as a reliable editor (since they'll be editing, removing, and re-adding.)

One good example, which I believe is related to Scratch 3.0, is the new search screen.

I'm pretty sure the website will just be redesigned a bit (like the explore page)

It's going to be backwards compatible, but Scratch 3 saves in a different format.
