Ok this is it my role-play. It's a (if you have not noticed) Superhero RP so that's something. This is not DC Comics or Marvel so you can NOT use Licensed Characters or stories. This an open-source so I will chose someone to be the admin of the forum But I will join the RP once there is at least 1 hero and 2 villains plus any other characters that join. I do have some basic rules: 1.When a Hero or Villain dies they can NOT come back to life unless a story involves it happening. 2. I am going to Make this optional but if you feel like it make a new account for your character. 3. TOP SECRET AREAS: Military Base of Operations, Superhero HQ and Villain HQ (Both teams have a secret base where they can all meet.)
