They only had that much to say about it? It was made to quickly destroy everything and it costed a lot to make?

It's from the movie Airplane (it's also called Flying High in some countries).
It's better with the context:
“Surely you can't be serious!”

In puzzles and Dragons Z the fire boss (I forget her name) asks you who do you think made her bad to the bone.
The options were
You were born this way
Joining Paradox (the villain group)
Dogma (the leader of the group)

and my favorite option
“Your Kindergarten teacher?”
I laughed really hard at that option. (When you remember an option but not the character's name.)
