-ORDER-

We are holding an election for Manager and Assistant Manager

Campaigning will start on June 15 and end June 20.

Voting will be from June 21 to June 30.

Election results we be out at the latest being July 7.

Rules for Voting

You may not vote for yourself.
Consider the candidate's activity level, order completion, and loyalty to the shop.
No double voting.
Only shop members can vote.
The owner cannot vote.

How Voting will Work

Your first vote, or your main vote will be who you want to win the election. Keep in mind that this cannot be yourself. Your main vote will give a FULL point to the candidate. Your second vote is who you might want to be assistant manager, or your second vote. Your second vote will give HALF a point to the candidate. At the end of the election, the votes will be tallied up. The candidate with the most votes will be manager and the candidate with the second amount of votes will be assistant manager.

Yellow= Somewhat active
Red= Not active, risk of getting fired
Teal= Not sure how active, hasn't gotten a chance
Blue= Excused absence

READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING!

Staff members will always strive to complete orders with speed and quality. If you are ever unable to complete an order you have already taken, please make sure to give it to someone else who will complete it. If you are weighted by something that does not allow you to complete an order with speed and quality, please do not take the order. If you are confused by an order, ask the scratcher to clarify to ensure quality work. Make sure to let us know when you will not be active for a period of time so we can excuse you from roll calls. As a staff member, you will always be respectful to every scratcher that orders here at the shop. If you do not follow any of these rules, you will be asked to leave the shop. To prove you have read this, put the number 35 into the misc. portion of your staff application form.
