If you're including the in in Mascots in Training, wouldn't you have to include all prepositions by the same violation of the standard convention that articles, linking verbs, and prepositions are only capitalized (and therefore included in acronyms) when they're the first word of the title, making the college Mascots in Official Training or something like that?
