So I have been noticing a bunch of things that could be added to scratch, and I have come up with 16 things that I like, and I will say here.

1. Free chats with cloud data

This is so you can talk to people without a whitelist.

2. Private messaging

This allows you to message somebody without the rest of the site seeing so you can say things more privately.

3. Allowing only certain people to see the inside of a project

This is so people can't steal your code or art if you don't want them to.

4. Rating projects

I think that you should be able to give a project a rating on a scale from 1-10 so you can see the highest rated projects.

5. Removing the 60 second rule

I think that you should be able to post on the forums freely without a wait time since the 60 second rule is annoyng.

6. Allow you to delete your own comments on other people's projects

As the name says, you should be able to delete them like you are on your own projects.

7. 3D Scratch

I think that there should be blocks in Scratch you can use that would work for 3D, and make making 3D projects easier.

8. <broadcast [ v] received> block

It would report true when the specified broadcast was received. (I don't think more explanation as to how it would work is needed)

9. Game achievements

You could add achievements to your games, that would appear on your home page when a person got them.

10. Changing your username

I think that you should be able to change your username in case you got bored with your current one.

11. An “other” forum

You could say things here that didn't fit into another category.

12. A 13+ version of the website

I think that there should be a version of the site for people who are 13+ only.

13. Scratch currency

You could get Scratch currency by being active on the site, and use it for buying various things.

14. Banning minor remixes

I know that you can't make an exact copy of a project by remixing it, but you shouldn't be able to make small changes either.

15. Adding “Super Scratcher”

This would be a rank that you get after Scratcher, that would give you extra permissions like a higher cloud variable limit.

16. Callaborative editing

You should be able to let somebody else edit the same project as you, so you could work at the same time and communicate.

I'm 100% sure these are not all rejected suggestions and instead just brilliant ideas the Scratch Team needs to look at right now.

You should add some more ideas to this list, I heard the ST doesn't like topics with this few suggestions on them. How about a text based games forum or an ignore list?
