One problem for the age limit. You'd have to post your birth certificate. /s/
5 year old: AWW I CAN'T BE AN ADMIN!

Age:17
Save.
But seriously, maybe you have to agree to be honest in the age and stuff somewhere in the post. If you don't, you get sued.
True.
You enter your birth date in the account create correct? They can just base it off that. XD

Did everyone already forget that the person applying for a CM has to write a report to become one?
I don't mean to be rude or anything, but when was the last time you saw a 5 year old on the internet with good grammar? I think that'll give away the true age to the ST.
I mean, unless if there's a 14 yr with bad grammar. ._.

I think you would need verified parent/gaurdian approval. I don't think parents would want their kid becoming an admin and being exposed to potentially inappropriate content without their consent. That's what I meant… they can fake that. One problem for the age limit. You'd have to post your birth certificate. /s/

That's good and all, but what if someone fakes it, becomes a CM, and then wreaks havoc on the site?
I propose to fix this, another role be created: “Community Mod In-Training”, or CMITs. During this time, they would get lesser powers than CMs (i.e, they can not actually delete posts). They are still allowed to soft-delete these posts.
Once a CMIT has been in good standing and proved they can be responsible, they may then be promoted by the ST to full CM.

You'd have to post your birth certificate.I see this as a bit personal in terms of just simply moderating. I understand legal compliance, but…
/s/What does this mean?
But seriously, maybe you have to agree to be honest in the age and stuff somewhere in the post. If you don't, you get sued.Yes, honesty would be the best, and simplest way to go. Of course, you could get more complicated and require documents and such (like a birth certificate) but yeah.
