I kept trying tov make a video but the costumes keep dissapearing! i know its not a hide problem i checked. ive trued multiple times and it keeps not working. even after i turn my computer off all the way and back on.is there an update?

I'm having the same problem as a lot of the members here, I was going to work on a game but it started freaking out because either all costumes or all sounds (or sometimes both) refuse to load.
Something is not right, and since there are people saying they have the same problem, I don't think it's on my end. Please fix.
