Have you made any unconstructive posts in the past? (It's okay to say yes; everyone makes mistakes!): Possibly when I started out on Scratch. Not any more though

Other: Once I'm hired, (if I am), do I go on the suggestions post and give them a grade? I would like to have more info on grading.

Been on scratch for at least (You chose how long) (Almost 2 years)
Have at least 500+ posts (CHECK!)
Active on the forums (CHECK!)
Have good knowledge of constructive posts and replies. (CHECK!)

We cannot just grade random topics since this isn't necessarily constructive and people can easily get offended

If a request comes to grade a suggestion, you grade them.

Sorry for those who want their suggestions graded, but unfortunately I'm going to have to stop grading.

I realized something. Grading suggestions doesn't really have a point; it's just…putting a grade on it. The suggestions forum is not to see how good your suggestion is - it's to actually make suggestions that will benefit Scratch. Putting a grade on a suggestion, saying “this person is better at making suggestions that this person,” will not help the suggesting process.
