Suggestions for “remove a glitch” probably belong in Bugs and Glitches - I'll ask for this to be moved.

There are tons of emojis that you can do this with. World_languages made a project with them.

I think this bug is caused due to the lack of the support of emojis. Emojis get removed because of the lack of support of the emoji, but on some occasions, the comment makes it through the empty comment filter, and comes out in the comment section blank, because of the filter being fooled. This is only an estimate, though. I don't actually know the cause, but it may be related to the filter. My suggestion is to talk to a ST member and see if they know the cause.
EDIT: Fixed the typo you may have not seen, ‘actually’ said ‘actuallt’.
P.S. Sorry for typos. I have a band aid/plaster on my left hand because of a big rub burn, and so makes it hard for me to type.
