types: dark and eletric

And it has a low voice

The theme was gen 7, I would've used Solrock if he was gen 7..

gen 2: typhlosion (togetic is second)
gen 3: altaria (now that i think about it i also really like kecleon)
gen 4: giratina
gen 5: bisharp
gen 6: espurr
gen 7: midday lycanroc

I already had one from ruby, but I wanted another to give to my bro, who has heartgold, and you can't get gulpins in heartgold, (but you can in soulsilver)
