That would be impossible, as ios devices can't install apps from unknown sources without jailbreaking, sideloading, etc.
Android is a different, all you have to do is turn on a setting. Sorry if I let you down.

I do not know why iOS does not let you get Scratch but the only reason I know is that it needs Flash Player but iOS does not enable it.

I would sign it for one year, but i dont have the money. There is a method thats free using “Cydia Impactor”, but it only works for 7 days. If anyone has anything to donate, i have a bitcoin adress.

Will you be able to upload/download? I often dont have a lot of time in the day on scratch so I like to download/upload my projects to work on them.
