I'll name a few more scary tracks:
1. Lavender Town (Red and Blue)
2. Drought (Ruby)
3. The Haunted Mansion (Super Mario 64)
4. Giygas' Theme (Earthbound)
5. The Final Boss (Mother 3)
6. Shadow Temple (Ocarina of Time)
7. Boss Music (American Sonic CD)
So yeah. I recommend you listen to the ones you haven't.

I don't know if you would call “First of the Year” by Skrillex creepy. If it is, then I like a creepy song.
