Basically you need this script:

when gf clicked
forever
set x to ((scroll x) * ((480) * (0)))

You make multiple sprites, and put that script in them. However, that 0 must be increased for each next sprite in the grid of scrolling tiles. Scroll x is the variable used to actually move the sprites.

Read the page again, slowly. It's unlikely for a person to learn it overnight. Try doing it step by step do achieve your scrolling. Have patience, since that wiki page is (mostly) correct.
