Do a CC (coloring contest)
Make a music video!
Make a funny animation - what would human scratch do in our world?
Do an art swap with some one - I'll even do one with you if you're interested.
Make a platformer game (Example: Mario)
Make a game for little kids (Educational type thing)
Do some pixel art! ( http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/15964807/ )
Make your own OC (original character)
Start or join in a RP (Role play)
Make a online version of your favorite video game! (Example: Smash brothers on Scratch)
Make a comic book, scan it onto your computer, and post it!
Do a weekly review over the top 10 projects you've found!
Make a online puzzle!
Make a online world with Cloud variables! (Example: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/12785898/ )

I hope this helps and gets you some ideas! :3

Make a project where you control your player by using the up and down arrow keys to make it go, er… up and down I suppose.
Avoid banana skins and collect cakes. every time you hit a banana skin you lose 1 health. Start with 20 health. Collect as many cakes as possible. Each cake counts as 10 score. Also it might be an idea to make the banana skins and cakes different sizes.

“Potato is Good” - OsfameronTanamoril
“The worlds still the same, there's just… Less in it.” - Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp), Pirates of the Caribbean, At worlds end
“There's and old earth saying, of great wisdom and knowledge… Allons-y!” - The Tenth Doctor (David Tennant), The End of Time, Part 2
“Before I go, I just want to say, you were Fantastic! And you know what? So was I!” The Ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston), The Parting of the Ways
