Yes that happens to me too. And yes, it happens with every picture I've tried.

Mine too. I had a really cute one and it wouldn't load.

Ultimate Scratch tip! If ANYTHING on your profile isn't updating (this includes logos, thumbnails etc) do the following: Log out. Search up your name. Log in ON your profile. Then, everything will update

It's a recent bug — try logging out and back in. It's happened to me, too. Don't worry, it's just a little slow updating right now.
