How to grade applications

You start with 100 points. then grade the things below.

Username - this is optional. this uses no points at all.
Have you been on for more than 3 months? - if their account age is less than 3 months, take away 25 points away.
Do have any followers?: if they say they do, check on their profile. if they have less than 25 followers, subtract 1 point from each follow of 25 they dont have. (for example if they have 15 followers) take away 10 points.
what are your skills?: - this is vital. if they have more than 3 skills keep the 25 points for this. if they have 3 skills, take away 8 points. if they have 2, take away 12. if they have none, take away 25.
what would you want to apply for?(employee, manager, co-manager, etc.): this doesn't matter. it is simply requesting the wanted role.
What would you be willing to do? (art, debugging, scripts, scratchblocks etc.): if they are willing to do all of their skills or more, (and their skills are more than 3) keep the 25 points. if they are donig less than 3, to the same with the “what are your skills” section.

if they get any less than 75 points, mark it as un-accepted and say “Sorry, but marked as un-accepted. you got _here goes points_ points. please re-apply next week or so.”
