Is there any method to make 3d walls in scratch? I want my walls to have textures and I have that .jpeg texture image.

I think you need to give more information. All screen images are, of course, 2D so it's a case of how you want it to appear to be 3D. Some sort of example would help. Not that I'm necessarily going to be able to help but this may make it easier for others.
