I have been playing many 3d games like IGI and Prince of Persia. But, I want to make exact same 3d in Scratch. Is it Possible?

Technically yes. But will it run at a playable frame rate? Nope. Scratch (or flash player) doesn't utilize the hardware, so you are limited by the resources it uses.
