My Thumbnail Isn't Updating
My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Chrome 54.0.2840.71, Flash 24.0 (release 0)
I shared a project yesterday, and I made a thumbnail and saved it on that (I know how to do this, I do it with most of my projects). But then when I go on my profile, it has a really old thumbnail. When I make it my featured project, it has the new and updated thumbnail, but still has the old one in the “My Projects” panel. I do a test with another project and it keeps the thumbnail from before the test.
I know that it can sometimes take a while to update, but it's the next morning and there are still problems
Here is the link to the project, the thumbnail before you click the flag will be the one I set, and also in my featured project. But in my profile it still has the old one

Clear your caches. Sometimes the computer is a bit slow at recognizing the pictures are changed.
If this happens, go to settings. Depending on what browser you are using, Go to history, then click “Clear Caches”. This will hopefully update your pictures you use on Scratch.
If that doesn't work, the server may be a bit slow. Wait a day or two and it should work.

That is happening to me too. I think it is a scratch glitch that everybody is having right now because it seems a lot of other people have it too.

try doing this. (it worked for me)
1. Place all your sprites and scripts into the backpack.
2. Make a new project, quickly go into a editor and make the backdround as the thumbnail, then delete scratch cat and save. that background will now be your thumbnail.
3. get all the sprites and codes in.
4. if a varible is called “Sprite name : Varible name” and it not is on purpose create a new varible and replace all off the use of that varible with the new.
5. sit back and fell the wind that not exists blow in your hair.
DONE!

This worked so well for me! The glitch was so frustrating but this fixed it so easily. It would be a bit of a hassle for projects with a million sprites but I'll take any solution.
