The Doctor and Nardole are called in by UNIT/Torchwood to investigate, and find the kidnappers are a species of aliens called the Ainrnad, who are harvesting biological info from the kidnapped humans so they can figure out how best to conduct their upcoming invasion of Earth. The Doctor and Nardole free the captured humans and enlist their help to stop the Ainrand. Like it?

Can I make up a story arc, or something? So it won't just be like we have a bunch of episodes with adventures.

I'm not too good with story arcs. You should do that part.

yeah but that's terrible compared to Moffat's amazing complicated story archs.

How about people mysteriously disappear on earth, leaving no trace of them whatsoever the doctor and his companion are trapped on Skaro in a and have to find a way out. then the tardis materialises on earth confusing 2 people, they are trapped in the tardis as it materialzes back on skaro, then the doctor and his companion meet the 2 poeple and then escape skaro, but the daleks placed a tracking device on them and then they go to earth and find out about the mysterious dissapearings , they find they are abucted by monsters and converted into them using gamma radiation, the doctor tries to stop them but eventualy ends up losing his companion to the mosters, who convert her too.

And the plot goes on like a classic doctor who ending
