I was making a project with cool features i recently discovered. But on one level if you enter a hallway i made, you go back 3 backdrops. i checked every script that mentions anything about this, and i tried to fix it and NOTHING HAPPENED so i had to DELETE the entire project. 1.5 weeks of work for NOTHING!!!

because I %100 didn't see any script with this glitch in ALL SPRITES + BACKROUND

Can you recover it and share it? If you have just moved it into your trash then you can still recover it from there. If you have actually removed it from your trash then you could still contact the Scratch Team and ask if they can recover it.

Because I think it likely you did miss something – there can often be some very subtle and surprising interactions between scripts in Scratch, and it can take a lot of experience to spot them. We can then help you find what the problem was.

OTOH, if it really was a bug in Scratch, then we need to try to track down what might be causing that bug, and try to fix it, so you should still try to recover the project.

Agreed, deleting things when they don't work is pointless unless you're just going to give up on the problem in which case there's not much point posting here!

1. You don't HAVE to delete anything. It's always a choice you deliberately make.

2. The fact that you 100% don't see something does not mean that someone else will not see something.

Well, Ok i kind of overreacted a little bit, But i didn't see any script in everything to relate to this.

the glitch happens when you go to the exit in backdrop 8 taking you to backdrop 6 when you are supposed to go to backdrop 9 & plays the hurt sound!

In the player sprite you have a script

The colour is the dark pink. if you take out the “wait until” it seems to work
