It's as simple as these examples below:
“(S) There's a really good scratcher I'd like to recommend. his name is @Gungallo .”
"(P) I found this interesting project called Welcome to Scratch Weekly Press! the link is here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/142133266/"

And just like that, you've got yourself a perfectly understandable request!

Awesome idea! I'd like to submit @ipzy's Icon Maker 2.0 as it has a very clean design and makes beautiful icons for Scratch or other websites.

(P) I worked really hard on this project! It is a game that takes place on the Scratch Website! I tried very hard on it to make it realistic and fun! https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/133179053/
(S) ConceptCP I think their art should be more recognized! It is pretty neat. Though they do dray guns, it may not appropriate… (I would like to be anonymous for featuring this person!)
(P/C) I also want my competition to be known! However, if you pick one between these two, do the one on top.
(A) I think it shouldn't be weekly, because that could be very pressurizing to you. Maybe change it to the monthly press?
Also, you could give an option to stay anonymous for the person who recommended to feature a user.
