I'm not sure if this should even be in the ‘Other languages’ discussion topic. The ‘Other languages’ discussion topic are for people to communicate to each other using a different language which isn't supported by Scratch, not for actually teaching their language.
It's great that you want to teach a language, but I think that doing it in a project or studio would be a better idea.
However, as I'm not completely sure if this discussion is in the right place or not, I wont contact the Scratch team. I don't want you to be in trouble or anything if it's for no reason.
