Each section is basically a bunch of questions with no transition and is therefore hard to read; maybe you could organize it more to make it flow better?

In my opinion, the first one is RECCOMENDATIONS for before you make a suggestion and replying, and the second one is making tips by relating the design goals of Scratch to making suggestions. My post is right before you create your post.
