Webpage design code bug

My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Firefox 50.0, Flash 23.0 (release 0)
Hello!
I have encountered a bug in the Scratch system where when I visit the:
- online editor
- messages page
- my stuff page
They sometimes load up without the design elements and only show the basic html code. This has not happened on the home page of the website nor anywhere else that I know of. On several occasions I have run these pages and they work, but the bug still occurs maybe 25-30% of the time.
I just wanted to address this so that the team at Scratch was aware of it.

Note that most of my posts on the forums are from years ago, probably mainly in 2016.

(Unsolved!) How can you see all the shared projects of a deleted account? And some important context. And something else about it.
Please help me answer that question. (From May 2023)

(I know I may seem desperate, the person who owned the account whose projects I am trying to find had been doing some stuff that might need to get taken down)

I do!

I have come to the conclusion that it may be because of my office's internet.
As we have many laptops, desktops and devices running off it, the wifi is quite slow and things can go wrong.
I tried to load the webpages up at home and they worked successfully.

Oh! I'm sorry, I saved it to my pictures and put in the url but it doesn't seem to recognise it.

Maybe make a project with the screenshot.
