We should report them.If they make a new account,tell scratch team.First they are ok then they are mean like this code:when i recive:easy target broadcast bully when i recive bully:change mean level by one if mean levelne then broadcast go easy on them else broadcast GO HARD ON THEM.

Some bullies don't know they're being bullies. What is offensive to some may not be offensive to others.

Bully proof vest. I'd say follow them! (That may seem strange but hear me out.) Show them lots of support. Try to make them see how useless their efforts really are. Stew them in a general sense of futility until they are enveloped in their suppressed insecurities!

Although that could also in courage bullies to bully people so they get followers and you shouldn't be rewarding them when they are in the wrong

Yes, it's best not to respond harshly, as that tends to make the situation worse - and might cause you to go against the Community Guidelines too. Just click on the Report button on the comment or project. That will let the Scratch Team know that it is something that we need to look into.
