If you guys are unsure of anything, then ask an ST member on their profile. They have the last word when it comes to this stuff.

IMO, I don't mind a long kiss, but some parents might. And there are certain forms of kissing that do count as inappropriate, in real life and on Scratch, so maybe the main page should be edited.

Well, could we ask a ST member about it? It's a kind of flexible topic that not all people want to see on a kid's site.
I don't mind kissing, personally.

Look, Scratch is supposed to be for all ages. The argument that it's a natural part of the human body doesn't hold up well because, well, there are other things that are part of the human body, and you can't show that on Scratch either.

Yes, building off of this post, it's more about scientific use vs. inappropriateness use. If it is used to convey a violent and gory image, it's not allowed. If it portrays as scientific (like how blood cells work and move through the body), I think it would be accepted by the Scratch Team and not be viewed as inappropriate.

Yes, I believe I found somewhere (still needs citation) that simply censoring the word is just as suggestive as un-censoring the word at all. Go ahead and report it, but the ST will determine if it is inappropriate, which I highly think so.

I think it's probably fine if it's ALL symbols and it's only used in a cartoon context but I don't know if they would allow the first letter though.
