Decompressing .EXE files online?

The last time I did this was many, many years ago when I actually needed to because I hadn't yet figured out how to boot off a USB drive and replace magnify.exe with cmd.exe… (hence “I forget the details”). I'm sure a Google search will help you
Does it force it to run as administrator? Or something else

No, it forces it not to run as admin. Many installers in fact don't actually need admin if you select them to install to somewhere other than program files

Since this topic hasn't seen a new post from the topic owner in a long time, I'm going to assume that it is dead and close the topic. If it still is alive, the topic owner just needs to use the Report button to ask a mod to reopen it
