Since I couldn't find what I had written so far for the first episode of the Chaos Arc, “When All Chaos Breaks Loose”, I'll start again from scratch:
Scene cuts to the altar on Angel Island, Knuckles and some Chao are seen fast asleep.
Eggman, Orbot, and Cubot slowly fly down to the altar in the Eggmobile.
Eggman steps out and tiptoes his way to the Master Emerald.
He almost trips over Knuckles, who snorts loudly and then goes back to breathing normally.
Eggman steps over the Echidna and heads to the Master Emerald.
As the doctor reaches out to grab the gem, Cubot interrupts.
Cubot: Boss, are you sure about this?
Eggman (whispering): Silence fool, you'll wake up the Echidnas.
Eggman picks up the emerald, but as he makes his way back, his grip slips and he drops the Master Emerald and it shatters.
Eggman: We've got to get out of here!
He escapes to the Eggmobile and flies away as the Chaos Emeralds are scattered all over the world.
The scene changes back to the altar, a pair of glowing yellow eyes are seen and the monster snarls.
The intro plays.
Knuckles wakes up, stretches, yawns, and turns to where the Master Emerald was.
Knuckles: It's gone.
Chao: Chao?
Knuckles grabs the Chao by the face.
Knuckles (frantic and panicked): What are we gonna do?
Chao: Chao
Tikal walks up to the altar still in her pajamas.
Tikal: What's wrong?
Knuckles: The Master Emerald is gone!
Tikal (whispering): Oh no, Chaos.
Scene transitions to Chaosville, where Silver is taking a walk.
Lady Dove (while running and carrying her hatchling)Eek, monster!
Silver: Huh?
Chaos drops down in front of him.
Silver (surprised): What the-?
Chaos reaches over to a barrel, picks it up, and throws it.
Silver: Two can play at that game, try this on for size.
Silver uses his ESP to catch the barrel and throw it back at Chaos.
The barrel hits him on the head and Chaos flees down a sewage drain.
Silver: What was that?
Scene transitions to Eggman's living room in his base, where Eggman is moping from last night's Master Emerald incident.
Eggman: Sigh, how am I going to destroy Sonic now?
Orbot enters the room.
Orbot: Cheer up sir, there's bound to be a way.
The robot bumps the TV remote and a breaking newscast about Chaos is seen on his TV.
Eggman: Ohhohoho, that's it!
Orbot: What'd I tell you sir?
Screen fades in and out on the Ice Cream Shop, where Sonic, Amy, Tails, Cheese, and Cream are enjoying some ice cream outside.
Suddenly, Big, Raccoon Child, and Chief Bernie run out of the shop panicking.
Raccoon Child: Ahh!
Bernie: Everybody run!
Big: Hurry up Froggy!
Chaos appears from out of the shop. He spots Cheese sharing a vanilla cone with Cream. The monster reaches out and takes Cheese in an effort to “protect” him.
Cream (shocked and upset): CHEESE!
Cheese: Chao Chao!
Shadow does a homing attack on Chaos and Cheese goes flying while Chaos flees again.
Shadow catches Cheese.
Shadow: Hmph, this belong to you.
Cream (overjoyed): Thank you Mr. Shadow! Are you alright Cheese?
Cheese (nodding): Chao
Shadow: Hmph, I must go before that thing causes some significant damage.
Shadow leaves the scene while boosting.
Tikal runs up to the former scene.
Tikal: Just as I feared.
Sonic: I thought you said Chaos was behaving himself.
Tikal tries to explain, but she is panicked and can't get the words out.
Knuckles (out of breath): Whoa, slow down. Is that ice cream?
Amy: Would you two like some ice cream? Some might calm you down Tikal.
Cream: Ms. Tikal, can you please tell us what is happening and why he tried to take Cheese?
Amy brings Tikal a chocolate ice cream cone.
Amy: Here you go.
Tikal: Thank you, but can we go somewhere that I can explain without theses nice people overhearing and freaking out.
Tails: How about my workshop?
Amy: Why not Cream's house?
Cream: Mom is hosting a tea party today.
Amy: Oh, I guess Tails' workshop will do then.
Screen fades in and out on Acorn Palace gardens. Sally is under a tree, reading s book.
Sally: Eggman hasn't attacked in a few days, everything has been peaceful and orderly, and I've been able to catch up on my reading. This is the life.
Nicole: But you have to wonder what Robotnik will pull next. There is such a thing as “too quiet”, you know.
Sally: You're right.
A Chaos Emerald crash lands on the garden path.
Sally: Huh? Is that a Chaos Emerald?
Nicole: Yes, it is.
Sally: How did it get here?
Sally reaches down to pick it up, but a claw nabs the emerald before she can get it.
Eggman: Oh ho ho ho ho! I need that emerald for my own purposes.
Cubot: Yeah, the evil kind too.
Eggman (triggered): SHUT UP!
Sally activates her Ring-Blades.
Sally: Not on my watch.
She tries to slash the claw arm, but the arm dodges.
Eggman: Missed me.
Sally: Darn it
She swipes again.
Eggman: Missed me again.
Sally: Grr. Third times' the charm.
She swipes again.
Eggman: Well princess, I think your skills are rusty. I can't waste my time battling rusty skills.
Eggman flies away with the emerald.
Sally: Who knows what he's gonna use the Chaos Emerald for now.
Nicole: We should get some help if you are interested in getting the Chaos Emerald out of his hands.
The screen fades in and out to Tails' house.
Amy: Alright Tikal, whenever you're ready.
Tikal takes a deep breath.
Tikal: You see, Chaos is really a peaceful being who wants to protect the Chao and even me. Sadly, when he is angered, Chaos will turn into a rampaging force that is almost impossible to stop.
Sonic: Well, stopping what is almost impossible to stop is my specialty.
Tikal: Chaos is after the Chaos Emeralds. If he gets his hands on one, he will only grow more powerful. When he gets all seven, the world as we know it may come to an end.
Cream: Ms. Tikal, what made him mad?
Tikal: The Master Emerald was destroyed when Eggman tried to steal it to abuse its power. We need to restore the Master Emerald and keep Chaos from obtaining the Chaos Emeralds or anyone who would try to give them to him.
Sonic: Say no more! Let's join forces and save the world!
Knuckles: It's my responsibility to guard and protect the Master Emerald, I will go alone.
Knuckles leaves Tails' house.
Sonic: OK, that just happened.
Sally bursts through the door.
Sally (out of breath and frantic): Eggman… stole one of the… Chaos… Emeralds.
Tails: I have a bad feeling about this. Why don't you sit down and catch your breath?
Screen fades in and out on Eggman, Orbot, and Cubot in the Eggmobile.
Eggman: Here Chaos, Chaos, Chaos. I have a yummy, tasty Chaos Emerald just for you. Come and get it.
Orbot and Cubot give their boss a confused look.
Back at Tails house…
Tikal: This isn't good at all.
Cream: What do you mean, Ms. Tikal?
Tikal: I don't want to worry you Cream.
Cream: OK, I think I hear mama calling me. Bye bye.
Cream and Cheese leave the house.
Nicole: She's so joyful, even when things are looking grim.
Amy: We should try to stay positive-
Sonic (interrupting Amy): Not this speech again.

Rouge I got the emerald now.
Sonic: Not for long.
(A 15 second chase occurs)
Sonic: UUUHHH AAAAAHHHH AAAAHHHHHH. (A flame on his chest appears then Play seven rings in hand)
(Sonic throws his extreme gear and freezes it in place then creates a super boost smashing Rouge's extreme gear.
Sonic: How d'ya like that huh.
(Rouge tries to take the chaos emerald)
Sonic: you're. you're .you're too slow.
(Inside Megalo station)
(Play I am all of me)
Shadow: humph pathetic (knocks Jet off his extreme gear)
Amy: AAAAHHHHHH (smashes wave with her hammer)
Knuckles: Hold still (smashing Storm into the wall)

Our intro could be like the sonic x season 1 intro.

Correction: The Master Emerald is shattered. Can you shout me the intro?
I like script so far, keep up the good work!

i haven't made the intro i'm coming up with the idea i need someone to draw tails. Wait should i change the chaos emerald to master emerald

I can also record playing some songs on my guitar for the series! also, if i was to voice act, I'd prefer to be sonic or tails, since they're the only sonic characters I really know. and I'd LOVE to write some scripts. it'd be really fun. if you have an open position, I'd love to fill it. thanks! -Stormfly

Tikal: Thank you, but can we go somewhere that I can explain without theses nice people overhearing and freaking out.
Tails: How about my workshop?
Amy: Why not Cream's house?
Cream: Mom is hosting a tea party today.
Amy: Oh, I guess Tails' workshop will do then.
Screen fades in and out on Acorn Palace gardens. Sally is under a tree, reading s book.
Sally: Eggman hasn't attacked in a few days, everything has been peaceful and orderly, and I've been able to catch up on my reading. This is the life.
Nicole: But you have to wonder what Robotnik will pull next. There is such a thing as “too quiet”, you know.
Sally: You're right.
A Chaos Emerald crash lands on the garden path.
Sally: Huh? Is that a Chaos Emerald?
Nicole: Yes, it is.
Sally: How did it get here?
Sally reaches down to pick it up, but a claw nabs the emerald before she can get it.
Eggman: Oh ho ho ho ho! I need that emerald for my own purposes.
Cubot: Yeah, the evil kind too.
Eggman (triggered): SHUT UP!
Sally activates her Ring-Blades.
Sally: Not on my watch.
She tries to slash the claw arm, but the arm dodges.
Eggman: Missed me.
Sally: Darn it
She swipes again.
Eggman: Missed me again.
Sally: Grr. Third times' the charm.
She swipes again.
Eggman: Well princess, I think your skills are rusty. I can't waste my time battling rusty skills.
Eggman flies away with the emerald.
Sally: Who knows what he's gonna use the Chaos Emerald for now.
Nicole: We should get some help if you are interested in getting the Chaos Emerald out of his hands.
The screen fades in and out to Tails' house.
Amy: Alright Tikal, whenever you're ready.
Tikal takes a deep breath.
Tikal: You see, Chaos is really a peaceful being who wants to protect the Chao and even me. Sadly, when he is angered, Chaos will turn into a rampaging force that is almost impossible to stop.
Sonic: Well, stopping what is almost impossible to stop is my specialty.
Tikal: Chaos is after the Chaos Emeralds. If he gets his hands on one, he will only grow more powerful. When he gets all seven, the world as we know it may come to an end.
Cream: Ms. Tikal, what made him mad?
Tikal: The Master Emerald was destroyed when Eggman tried to steal it to abuse its power. We need to restore the Master Emerald and keep Chaos from obtaining the Chaos Emeralds or anyone who would try to give them to him.
Sonic: Say no more! Let's join forces and save the world!
Knuckles: It's my responsibility to guard and protect the Master Emerald, I will go alone.
Knuckles leaves Tails' house.
Sonic: OK, that just happened.
Sally bursts through the door.
Sally (out of breath and frantic): Eggman… stole one of the… Chaos… Emeralds.
Tails: I have a bad feeling about this. Why don't you sit down and catch your breath?
Screen fades in and out on Eggman, Orbot, and Cubot in the Eggmobile.
Eggman: Here Chaos, Chaos, Chaos. I have a yummy, tasty Chaos Emerald just for you. Come and get it.
Orbot and Cubot give their boss a confused look.
Back at Tails house…
Tikal: This isn't good at all.
Cream: What do you mean, Ms. Tikal?
Tikal: I don't want to worry you Cream.
Cream: OK, I think I hear mama calling me. Bye bye.
Cream and Cheese leave the house.
Nicole: She's so joyful, even when things are looking grim.
Amy: We should try to stay positive-
Sonic (interrupting Amy): Not this speech again.

Hmmm I think so and just to clear it up i know what he's saying

I had a idea for very late in the series. (sorry for being inactive, I broke my hand.)

So, it's a normal day on Quake island (another idea) when in Dr Eggman's Lab, he is mass producing millions of Metal Sonic-like robots. And Suddenly, he released them to the world! Sonic and co must stop Eggman. But there is a new threat, The masked men.

What do you think? I know this needs to be heavily expanded on so please do that!

it's good and the masked men could be characters in bowler hats wearing a black mask with gloves and a suit and they steal data commit crimes blow up buildings across the world
