B. I pretty much made this, but I used it to help someone on their account, so they get to share it and take all the credit (no one reads the notes and credits, that's why everyone LOVES copies, because they think the publisher 100% made them)

I'm a bit iffy on this one. I do see the problem of the “add everything” part. Because you did mention that this will be like studios, I do see this as a legitimate problem if the user is that reckless.
However, I do see this helpful because you are able to list the people that gave help. The credit is also shared with them as they helped to make the project.

We shouldn't remove them, but you need to understand, by this logic, we'd make them more noticable. Nobody reads them is a problem with the people who don't read it, not the thing itself, and my logic is not to remove the thing itself, but make it noticable.
